A unique event dedicated to Brussels gardens and terraces, nature and biodiversity, organised in the heart of the magnificent site of the Hippodrome de Boitsfort in Brussels.

The event is organised in partnership with Drohme and Oyas Belgium, with the ambition of offering the public an inspiring, friendly and educational moment around the garden, terrace and biodiversity. We will gather a selection of passionate exhibitors, specialised producers and stakeholders engaged in sustainable gardening.

We expect for this first edition:

  • 🌿 A varied panel of exhibitors and NGOs related to plants and biodiversity

  • 🍇 A Food & drink area

  • 👥 over 5,000 visitors over the weekend

  • 🌱 a curious audience, fond of gardening, nature and concrete ecology

The stands

The stands are set up outdoors, on gravel, in the heart of the natural site of the Hippodrome de Boitsfort. Each exhibitor has a space defined by the organisation, the dimensions of which are specified during registration.

Exhibitors are invited to take care of the presentation of their stand, in order to contribute to the aesthetic and qualitative atmosphere of the event.

The organisation reserves the right to adapt the layout of the stands to ensure the coherence and fluidity of the event.

  • We primarily select exhibitors specialised in the following areas:

    • nurserymen and plant producers

    • seed producers and vegetable growers

    • tools and equipment for the garden and terrace

    • biodiversity and permaculture actors

    • Belgian artisans and creators

    Applications are reviewed by the organisation to ensure the quality and diversity of the event.

Exhibitor application

To propose your participation in the Gardens of the HippoDrohme, please complete the form below. You will receive the registration fees and all the information.

Your application will be reviewed by the organisation and a response will be sent to you as soon as possible.

As places are limited, we recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible.

The stand is to be arranged by the exhibitor, no table or canopy provided.
